Warrior 150 Challenge - Hike #4

Veterans are our nation’s warriors, and to commemorate their valiant contributions and service to our nation, in conjunction with the150th Anniversary Celebration of the Dayton VA Medical Center the Warrior 150 Challenge was instituted. The Warrior 150 is a 5-segment hike totaling 150 Kilometers that will end on Veterans Day 2017, with a final 5 mile hike from Downtown Dayton to the Dayton VA Medical Center. Hikers will choose a minimum of 4 of the 5 Warrior 150 Challenge identified hikes to complete the Warrior 150 Challenge. Join the Dayton Hikers Association in one, or all of these scheduled 5 hiking segments. It is a great way to get some exercise while showing you care about our Veterans and the Dayton VA Medical Center. Get your hiking shoes on, show support to our Veterans and celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Dayton VA.

Caesar Creek State Park
August 26-27, 2017
Distance: 21.5 miles; 33.79 kilometers
Start: Flat Fork Parking Lot
End: Spring Valley Paintersville Rd.
This is an end to end hike of the entire Caesar State Park on a dirt foot in the woods.
